Wedge Oak Farm:  Potsticker Sausages and this weeks news

Hello Market Friend,
We are thrilled to see you here and want you to know that we are looking forward to a big week at the Richland park Farmers Market, Saturday 10-12.
We have had a good week with butchering hogs, making some beautiful pork cuts including chops and Potsticker Sausage. Our egg count is on the rise since their numbers decreased with the hens molting aka loosing and regrowing feathers, and we have been low on the dozens with their energy going into regrowth rather than egg production.
Check out what we have and we look forward to seeing you soon.
Best,
Karen
