Siloam Springs, AR: The Online Market is Open!
The final outdoor market of the season is this Saturday, October 12! It’s also Kids Day so be sure to join us on the promenade!
Check out all of the great products we have available on the online market! We have plenty of meat, produce, and other local items to choose from. Susi’s Kitchen has lots of yummy baked goods to satisfy your sweet tooth! You can order from now until Thursday at 5pm, with pick up happening at the concession stand next to the promenade on Saturday morning. We look forward to seeing you!

Foothills Market: The Market is Open!
We have some new additions to Foothills Market this week!
Look on the market for red noodle beans and sweet potatoes in the produce section, as well as chorizo in the meat sections. Fall also brings the return of favorite baked goods such as pumpkin cinnamon rolls and sweet potato donut holes.
Browse the listings between now and 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, and click the “Place your order” button to finalize your order. We’ll have everything ready for pickup on Thursday afternoon!

Don’t forget to shop the extras when you pick up your order from 4-7 PM this Tuesday at the depot! We will have Drewry apples available on the extras table!
Fall is in full swing at RCM! Come shop our amazing extras table for Drewry apples, Ralston rice and so much more!! There are all kinds of interesting finds in our market categories; enjoy a fall scented candle from Meadowlark, some small pumpkins, acorn, carnival, and spaghetti squash from Justin’s produce or some Cayenne peppers from Galla Creek Farms. Justin also has some fresh green beans, the last of the summer cantaloupes, some colorful bell peppers, fresh sweet potatoes and some ripe tomatoes. Try some Tropical granola from McAnulty Mercantile, some Jalapeno or onion relish from Mary-Ann King or some fresh basil from Hoof Hollow Hobbies. Check out the freeze-dried asparagus from Crystal Creations in the dried snacks category or try a bread twist or chocolate chip cookies from Weatherford! R&D has tender fillet steaks, C3 Beef has some great deals on variety packs as well as a great selection of individual cuts and Bluff Top has beef minute steaks and pork cutlets! These are the best fall has to offer, I promise!
Our gluten-free fans can treat themselves to organic peanut butter oatmeal chocolate chunk cookies – sold in 6-packs & are decadent & delicious. They’re one of my favorites & I’m not even gluten-free.
All 3 of our salsas are available this week: Carolina reaper, mild jalapeno & medium habanero – so pick up your favorite variety, conveniently canned in pint jars to enjoy now or later.
Kumaika Coffee: New to our selection of Coffee we now offer Cold Coffee Kit, comes with a 24 oz mason jar with spout, 4 ground coffee bags of 1.5 oz each and instructions in how to make your cold brew coffee. Our coffee comes from the Nicaraguan mountains; grown at high altitude which generates a more complex flavor profile to our coffee beans. 100% Arabica, certified organic, fair trade, single origin, roasted in small batches in our home – Lascassas Tn. Trinity Rose Micro Dairy: (Please return your jars, thank you!) We are enjoying making our milks and keifer for you but we are loosing money on jars and if we have to continue buying new jars we will have to charge jar deposit. Thank you very much for your consideration.
Quarter Spring Farm: we have full freezers and we need your help emptying them out. We have dropped prices on a few of our pasture-raised chicken cuts like the bag of bones (great for stock) and the chicken livers (tons of iron, great for you). We will have all of our lamb cuts, and some goat meat available starting next week. As usual, we have our splendid selection of skin-softening soaps, shampoos, and lotions available.
Sadie Brooke Farm: Their Family Farm is located in Readyville, TN where we raise Black Angus Cattle and grow garden fresh Vegetables and fruits. Also have fresh Bacon, Ham and sausage. We have homemade canned goods and offer homemade baked goods such as custom cakes, cupcakes, pies, dipped strawberries and bread and Kombucha Beverages.
Sow’s Ear Piggery: We’ve added 4 Pork Chop Packages, Blade Steak (1-inch Shoulder Cuts) and rendered lard. Also, s stewards of the land, we are collecting natural deadfall and offering kindling bundles of ash and oak, great for Autumn get-togethers around a fire!
Flying S Farms: We have a large selection of Fall produce! Sour Dough Breads available this week.
